The icon looks different... But I see the LIVE button within the app. Which means I have build 5 installed, as the button was introduced in build 5, correct?

I usually uninstall the previous build before installing the new one.

You said (http://he1.yowindow.com/forum/viewtopic ... 56&t=12992) this was fixed in build 0.0.5, yet I still see it on my iPhone 3GS. Maybe what Adobe engineers fixed had some dependency on the OS version... Mine is 5.1.1.

Tested build 4 on iPad -- still reproducible: I'm still seeing a problem when starting up for the first time after installation: if the location services are off, then the app hangs at the white screen "YoWindow3. Weather with magic." Going to Settings and turning location services on does...

You're right -- I tried removing the build before installation, and the units matched what's said in the Options (Metric). So yes, I see it's fixed.

OK, I'll test this again on the next build and will let you know what I get.

On iPad, the US units are shown by default, although the Options screen shows Metric. Once changed to anything, the units start matching what's in Options.
Running build 3 on iPad 2 / iOS 5.1.1.
In earlier builds, I also observed this on iPhone; now it's fixed there.

Build 3: the About screen is way too slow for the amount of contents it has. When it's being opened for the first time after starting the app: about-empty.png it takes a second (even on WiFi!) or two (on 3G) for the text to appear: about-text.png then one or two seconds more for the icon to appear: ...

Oh, it appears to be the same on desktop version, too.
